We aim to package and ship orders within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12pm EST may ship on the next business day.

We accept returns for any reason as long as the return process is initiated within 30 days of the order delivery date and the items are returned in the same condition you received them. If you are planning on returning anything please take photos of the items as proof of their condition when you received them. Please contact us via email at support@glaredefence.com for any returns.

All return items must be undamaged. Damaged items will not be refunded.
