Wonderful product! Excellent seller, diligent and timely communication. Shipment was slightly delayed due to postal overload around the Holidays, but the seller kept me updated as he tracked shipments, showed incredible care for the customer - thank you! As far as the product itself, I couldn’t be happier! It is exactly as I had hoped it would be. First, the seller worked with me to confirm the measurement (although I followed the instructions and did it correctly, I appreciated such sweet due diligence from the seller to make sure that I was getting exactly what was needed). When the product arrived, it fit perfectly, snapped right in. Immediately, there was a softening and soothing effect from having the Glare Guard over LED lights - this product is just a perfect solution! I highly recommend it.
Excellent product. Fits perfectly on my recessed lights. I can finally use these hallway lights without feeling like I'm being interrogated.
A weather related mishap was well taken care of and I loved these light covers. Ordering more for other rooms.

The good: it fits well on Lilly, does a great job against glare.
The not so good: the colour (it’s dark greyish not black like Lilly) plus a weird texture. Lights are modern, smooth surface, they don’t match. Luckily you do not notice it too much from a distance.
Still had to pay another 20+ euros handling fee for postage. They are quite expensive for a bit of plastic… However better expensive then not for sale I guess…

Interestingly, this is the first time I've ever heard this type of feedback (weird texture, dark greyish colour) after several hundred orders, see previous reviews. I do own the Hue Lily spotlight and the colour is almost an exact match. The texture is as close as I could get it without injection molding, which is an expense in the 10's of thousands of dollars. This would raise the price to a point that no one would buy. At least $100 per shield.
I reached out to you privately via email a full 7 days (delayed to wait on your response) prior to shipping your order. Specifically to make you aware of the extra fees you could be required to pay on delivery due to this being an international order. As mentioned in the email, I was in the process of putting a banner on the website to make international shoppers aware of this when your order came in. The timing was unfortunate. Another important detail is I did not charge you any taxes, as I cannot remit them to EU authorities just yet. This is the fee you paid on delivery.
I offered to cancel the order and provided you a link to our Etsy Shop where you could purchase the same shields and Etsy would collect any applicable VAT in advance. Doing it this way would use Etsy's EU tax numbers and would thus eliminate any duties/taxes you could be required to pay on delivery.
I did not receive a response after one week, so I shipped the order. I'm sorry the outcome was what was, but I'm happy you're able to use the shields in an effective manner to eliminate glare.

These were perfect for softening the harsh light from high hats! They look good when light is on- sort of a glowing ambient quality. Super easy to install even though I had to use 2 sided rug tape since the magnets did not work on my fixtures. Definitely recommend!

great solution to handle the glare from the LED lights
I tried different light covers for the glare of the recessed lights - even on the dimmest they’re too bright. This creates a much softer glow, is easy to attach, and it makes a huge difference in ambiance in my small space.
Light cover looks amazing, and really elevates my hallway space!
Jacob was great to work with. He sent pictures and used a mock up design to ensure the custom shields would work for us. He communicated well with us and was collaborative on the design. They look great and we are very pleased.

Plain and simple. A well designed 3d print. Arrived in perfect shape and upon inspection it’s quite sturdy and well designed. Fit with the lights is also perfect.
These shields should have been supplied with the product in the first place. But, as an after-market product, the Anti Glare Shields are brilliant! I actually had these shipped to Norway, and it was worth every penny!
